We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible however from time to time there can be problems beyond our control such as weather, etc. If there are any issues we will be in contact and let you know and update you about your order.
We charge a flat delivery fee of £4.99 per order when ordering from the UK and Europe. Anything outside those countries are charged at £9.99. If you order over £50, delivery is free for those in UK. If you are located in Europe, delivery is free when ordering over £65 and those in the rest of the world, delivery is free when ordering over £100.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom
We aim to ship out our standard non customized boxing equipment within 1-2 working days. If there is any problems with your order a member of our team will be in touch. If you are ordering our apparel, as these are made to order these may take slightly longer we aim to fulfill all apparel orders within 1-2 weeks.
Europe and Rest of the World
For orders from countries other than the UK we aim to ship out our standard non customized boxing equipment within 5 working days. If you are ordering apparel from us and are based outside of the UK please allow up to 1-2 weeks.
Custom Orders
For custom orders these may take slightly as these products would be individually made but generally we try to get them manufactured and shipped out within 3-6 weeks. However we will quote the estimated time it will take when ordering.
If you require your custom equipment faster, we also offer an expedited service.
Apparel
Shipping can vary from product to product and because some of the products we sell are on demand they can take longer. However we do try to ship each order as quick as possible.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. We have a shipping table to make it a little more detailed below:
