COVID-19

During this global pandemic we are still dispatching orders worldwide as normal. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days.  We recommend you order to an address you can access such as your home address.

As is expected there may be delays and your order could take slightly longer than usual. However we will keep you updated if there are greater delays.

My Order

How do I place an order?

Just add the items you like to your cart and checkout. You can either make an account or checkout as a guest. See delivery prices by going to our Delivery page.

I have a gift card/discount code. Where do I enter it?

It’s very simple. All you have to do is add the items as you would to checkout and then at the checkout page, just above the billing details there will be a blue tab that says ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’. Click on that and you will be able to enter your promotional code. Once done click on ‘Apply coupon’. Your discount will automatically be applied.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order we will send you an email with your tracking number and information on how to track your order.

An item I was on sale, but now isn’t. Can I buy it at sale price?

We have time limited sales on from time to time on some of our products. If the sale has finished unfortunately we won’t be able to provide it to you at the lower price either and you would have to pay the price shown on the website.

If you bought a product at a higher price and the product is now at a lower sales price. Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund you the difference.

I want to change/cancel my order

If you feel you have ordered something in error or want to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We are pretty quick at dispatching orders and unfortunately will not be able to do anything once 24 hours have passed from when you placed your order.

I have received a damaged/faulty item(s) or wrong items

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item or wrong items please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please provide the following information when contacting us:

  • Order number
  • What item was defective or damaged
  • Photographic evidence of the product damaged
  • A description of the damages

If you find your parcel to be damaged upon delivery please contact our customer support team and send them photographic evidence of the damages.

Please note all claims for damages must be done within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Do not send return any products back t-+o us unless advised by a member of the team as this can slow down the returns process.

Once we receive the above information a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible and help rectify the problem.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us while also providing us your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

How do I know if the size is right for me?

On each product page we have included a size chart for your assistance. You can just compare the size from the size chart to your normal size. If you need any further assistance, we are always here to help. Get in touch with us.

Payment

What are my payment choices?

We accept credit and debit cards through PayPal. PayPal is one of the most safest and secure payment methods. We are constantly adding new payment methods to make the checkout process as easy and seamless as possible.

We also accept credit and debit card payments through our website as well as Clearpay. Rest assured your security is one of the most important things to us and we take it very seriously. We implement the highest technology on our website so you can stay safe.

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a payment service which allows customers to make purchases instantly and then spilit the payment up for them in four equal payments every 2 weeks without paying any interest.

How do I use it?

Place your order with Fortis as normal and select Clearpay as your payment method. You’ll then be able to pay for your order in four equal installments which is due every 2 weeks. Currently Clearpay is only available for customers in the United Kingdom.

Clearpay is not available on gift cards and all customers paying using Clearpay must be 18 years or over, have a UK bank account and reside in the United Kingdom. You may be charged for any late payments, for more information, click here.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Since some of our products are made to order, once they have been produced we will ship them out as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times for apparel:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Estimated times for custom boxing equipment:

Custom products usually take 3-5 weeks, from production to delivery.

We usually ship our standard boxing equipment out as soon as we receive your order.

Estimated Delivery times for standard boxing equipment:

UK and Europe: 2-6 business days

USA and Canada: 7-10 business days

Rest of the World: 7-20 days
